I live in Alaska and finding a sleep clinic was painful. Empower Sleep and their team connected me to their sleep doctor, mailed me a sleep test and got me on the correct CPAP settings. I have been thoroughly impressed with Empower Sleep. As a physician, my patients have had a great experience. Empower sleep is timely, professional, highly qualified, and an effective communicator. Everything is done virtually/remotely which is a great convenience to my elderly patient population who finds it difficult at times to find transportation. Their reports are thorough, and I have already seen improvements in several of my patient’s health metrics as a result of Empower Sleep’s treatment plans. They are very organized, which has helped my office staff tremendously with care coordination. I would recommend them to both my colleagues and patients without hesitation.
This was my second attempt at trying cpap therapy. First time was a miserable experience from the medical help to the actual machine/mask use. I explained all this information to Dr Chopra. Dr Chopra promised a different, but better experience, and delivered. He was on top of the progress with me and readily available when i needed him via his app, where he communicates with you and follows your progress. THE BEST SLEEP LAB. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The process of getting the sleep test done at home is so smooth compared to anything else I have seen. Within a few days, I had everything I needed to manage at home. The best part is the program to do on-going sleep studies to manage the quality of my sleep, where you get to meet with the doctor to review results and he gives real-life cues to improve quality of your sleep. I wish everything in healthcare was this smooth and top notch. Really good job!
