It was so nice to meet Dr. Gunn. I was impressed how much she had studied my case thus far. She advised me to keep the ring and keep wearing it every night so that you can continue tracking my sleep and hopefully can get enough data on me over a period of time to help me overcome this insomnia!? Had a rough night last night, tossing and turning and finally just got up after only four hours of sleep. 😴 We discussed my very mild sleep apnea, and I need to look over the different modalities of health there are to choose from.
The sleep coach had gone through my sleep reports before we met. During the meeting, she listened to my sleep struggles carefully and provided detailed guidance aimed at my specific issues.
Kirstin was so great. She was very attentive and wanted to know the whole story. It's always great when you feel like you've been able to talk through everything on your mind. It was great to get a better idea of how I was sleeping and to get some ideas on how to make my sleep even better.
