This was my first meeting with Narina Sagha. She came fully prepared. She’d reviewed the large amount of sleep data that EmpowerSleep has accumulated during my couple of months of CPAP therapy; and was aware of my concern that the sleeve and frame of the N30i mask I use was causing abrasions on my face and thinning of my hair. She offered multiple solutions, including changing to other one or another alternative CPAP mask systems; as well as having satin covers custom made for my existing device. In addition, she suggested increasing my CPAP air pressure from 7 to 8 in an effort to further reduce the number of OSA events I experience each night. Narina knows what she’s doing and is easy to work with. She offers clear and concise advice; listens well and responded directly to my concerns. My session with Narina was extremely helpful.
