This was my second attempt at trying cpap therapy. First time was a miserable experience from the medical help to the actual machine/mask use. I explained all this information to Dr Chopra. Dr Chopra promised a different, but better experience, and delivered. He was on top of the progress with me and readily available when i needed him via his app, where he communicates with you and follows your progress. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.

THE BEST SLEEP LAB. Staff is very kind and knowledgeable. The process of getting the sleep test done at home is so smooth compared to anything else I have seen. Within a few days, I had everything I needed to manage at home. The best part is the program to do on-going sleep studies to manage the quality of my sleep, where you get to meet with the doctor to review results and he gives real-life cues to improve quality of your sleep. I wish everything in healthcare was this smooth and top notch. Really good job!

My sleep has always been bad. I’ve talked to my primary care physicians about it a few times, but each time, I had to get a referral to another doctor, call to schedule an appointment (that isn't available for months), and then sleep in a clinic. It made no sense. It was too much work. It felt uncomfortable. I never did anything about it. When I came across Empower Sleep, I knew it was exactly what I needed. And the experience far exceeded expectations. I was able to sign up and pay on the website, like any other product. The sleep testing device was mailed to my home with very clear, step by step instructions and helpful videos of the doctor explaining sleep testing, which gave me a lot of comfort. A web portal where my results were tracked, and multiple live call with Sahil (who’s amazing) to go over results and trends, with personalized recommendations to improve sleep. All from the comfort of my home and sleeping in my own bed. It was perfect. I learned things about my sleep that I wish I had known a decade ago. I’ve been making tweaks ever since and the team checks in regularly to see how I’m doing. Empower Sleep needs to be the model for the entire health care system. This is how it should be.
