I’ve had issues snoring over the past few years but have commonly attributed it to me being very tired, sick, congested and was trying to avoid getting a sleep test. When Sagar started his journey with Empower Sleep I figured it was worth a shot to try out his service and give him feedback. The company has made a lot of progress over the past few years and when I signed up for my test a few months back I was surprised by how simple and quick the turnaround was, relative to the times quoted by other providers and clinics as I had been debating doing sleep tests for a few years now. I appreciated the thorough review of my sleep test provided by Dr. Sahil Chopra as well as him carefully explaining to me various treatment options and the pros and cons of each without overselling any one approach. Best of all I didn’t have to leave my home for any of this. Highly recommend for those that have snoring issues, trouble falling/staying asleep or feeling tired all the time. Also..…friends and family of those who snore. (Since we don’t always admit it :) )

I have been thoroughly impressed with Empower Sleep. As a physician, my patients have had a great experience. Empower sleep is timely, professional, highly qualified, and an effective communicator. I live in Alaska and finding a sleep clinic was painful. Empower Sleep and their team connected me to their sleep doctor, mailed me a sleep test and got me on the correct CPAP settings. They provided me a CPAP and continue to be my Sleep doctors office all from the comfort of my home. It was such a convenient and easy process.

This was my second attempt at trying cpap therapy. First time was a miserable experience from the medical help to the actual machine/mask use. I explained all this information to Dr Chopra. Dr Chopra promised a different, but better experience, and delivered. He was on top of the progress with me and readily available when i needed him via his app, where he communicates with you and follows your progress. I would definitely recommend their services to anyone.
